- Completed creation of green-field paid-time off system with a team in C#, AngularJs, and SqlServer before the release date.
- Wrote features and optimized map load times from 27 seconds to 3 seconds for Android and iOS geolocation application using React Native, TypeScript, and Sqlite.
- Maintained employee management system in Java and Oracle SQL with 99.999% uptime.

I wrote the requirements document, the user flow diagram, created the github repository, created the branching strategy, gathered the team to work on the application, started the solution file, created the initial release, purchased the server space, configured the ASP.NET settings on server, deployed the application. Intentionally wrote most parts with bad practice and put notes on what best practice to use to give work to teammates.

A project solely dedicated to mentor other developers on Design Patterns. I collaborated with another developer to teach them design patterns, but in a subject that was of interest to the learning party. I designed the architecture and added the content. I had them create some of the class functionality under my mentorship. I wrote the remainder of project as well.

This utilizes no libraries as an exercise for the basic skills of HTML and CSS. By utilizing responsive design and print-friendly rules, this document displays a fraction of my core craft.

This project was dedicated to mentoring other developers on database architecture. The premise is set around a subject that interested the learning party to promote a more exciting environment. I created the application's design, code, deployment, and database. The students learned basic database structure from the example in this project.

He really cares about the success of his team. Sean is friendly to work with and a good teacher. When I have questions, I can rely on him (even if it is not something he is currently working on). But even better than just helping me, when he sees gaps he has provided a ton of documentation and diagrams for our repository. He volunteers for the toughest assignments and does not even wince when under pressure - even when priorities change or deadlines loom. He has an agile mindset and collaborates well with everyone. He is an asset to every team, providing mentorship and an upbeat attitude even when volunteering to take on hard challenges. Anyone who works with him is fortunate!
